Growing up in the heart of NASCAR country, Stephen Leicht discovered racing at a young age. Leicht began racing quarter midgets, and go-karts at the age of seven and hasn't looked back since.

Leicht scored his first NASCAR Nationwide Series win at Kentucky Speedway in June of 2007 and joined RCR during the 2008 season. The 2009 season marks Leicht's fifth consecutive year driving in the NASCAR Nationwide Series with 62 career starts, one win, three top-5 and 10 top-10 finishes.

Other Career Highlights:

· In 2005 Leicht was the ASA National Champion

· Won his first ARCA race in Nashville in 2006

· Finished 7th in driver points during the 2007 Nationwide Series

· On July 23rd 2006, Leicht made his first NEXTEL Cup start in Pocono

· In 2009 Leicht will co-drive the #29 Holiday Inn/RCR Chevy car with Jeff Burton and Clint Bowyer
